Celebration Children

Congratulations to the following children who have made us proud this week!

Perdiot - Phia has been chosen for her fabulous counting in 2s and 5s this week. Well done!

Emerald - A child in Emerald Class has been chosen for being a wonderful member of our class who will be sadly missed. Good luck!

Sapphire - Maddison has been chosen for her dedication and effort in spellings and applying what she has learnt in her own independent writing. Well done!

Amethyst - Luna has been chosen for always working hard in lessons and being kind and helpful in class. Well done!

Diamond - Imogen has been chosen for showing kindness and concern to other children. Well done!

Ruby - Jacob has been chosen for his thoughtful perspectives during our writing and PSHE units. He demonstrated our empathy value very well! Well done! 

This week, that Class Attendance trophy goes to Emerald Class with a percentage of 97.7%. 


Headteacher Awards

Every week, all members of staff are asked to nominate children who have been spotted being responsible, respectful and ready. The code of conduct certificates are always varied and demonstrate the range of places and ways that children demonstrate these values.

Imogen and Jessica (Y6) have been nominated for voluntarily organising the classroom stationery ready for the next lesson. Well done!

Fun in the sunshine for Peridot Class
Peridot Class have been making the most of the sunshine, this week, and using their outdoor area for play-based learning.

Healthy Eating in Nursery
Children in nursery enjoyed making their own healthy snack. They identified the different equipment they would need and used knives to chop their fruit. Some children even helped with the washing up!

Wind Socks in Emerald Class
Children in Emerald Class had a lovely afternoon observing the weather during spring. The children have made their own windsocks and tested them outside.
