Celebration Children

Congratulations to the following children who have made us proud this week!

Peridot - Taiah has been chosen for her excellent listening and respectful behaviour. Well done!

Emerald - Owen has been chosen for trying his hardest in every maths lesson this term. Well done!

Sapphire - Finley has been chosen for working so hard and making super progress. Well done!

Amethyst - Bella has been chosen for being an attentive listener during the Year Three Easter experience at the church. Well done!

Diamond - Violet has been chosen for excellent work in our whole class reading. Well done!

Ruby - Elizabeth has been chosen for her improved focus and effort with listening to instructions and finishing a task. Well done! 

Congratulations to the Broseley U8s Raptors for winning the plate at the weekend in the  Telford Junior and Youth Football League cup! What an achievement for the team. Well done to all involved.

If any of our children have a success story that they would like to share with the school community, please do let us know.

Well done to our Year 5 and 6 Fishermen!

Reading Star Awards

This half-term has seen the introduction of our Reading Star Awards. These awards are given to acknowledge effort, engagement and a love of reading.

Headteacher Awards

Every week, all members of staff are asked to nominate children who have been spotted being responsible, respectful and ready. The code of conduct certificates are always varied and demonstrate the range of places and ways that children demonstrate these values.



Be Respectful 

Well done to the children who have been respectful this week.

All of Year 3 have been nominated for being polite and respectful during their Easter Experience at All Saints' Church.  Well done!

A child in Ruby Class has been nominated for tidying the classroom. Well done!

Teddy Bear Picnic
Children in Nursery, Peridot and Emerald Classes have enjoyed a Teddy Bear Picnic in the hall as a reward for all of their hard work this term. We have had wonderful afternoon of practising our social skills, sharing a picnic and enjoying a book or two.

Easter Egg Decorating Competition
We have had some fantastic entries to our Easter Egg Decorating Competition across the school.  Our lucky winners were announced in assembly, and awarded their Easter Egg prizes, which have been kindly donated by Asda Express in Broseley.

Year 3 Easter Experience
Earlier this week, children from Year 3 visited All Saints Church to learn about the Easter story. We all enjoyed ourselves and the children behaved impeccably. Thank you to everyone who helped.

Fishing Trip
A group of boys in Year 5 and 6 have spent a fantastic morning with the Canal & River Trust in Wombourne on a fishing trip. The boys were a credit to the school with their sensible behaviour, beautiful manners, superb listening, and consideration for their peers, environment and general public...

Staff Award


Emma has been nominated by several children across the school for organising such a wonderful Mother's Day Sale to give the children an opportunity to do something nice for the special ladies in their lives.  Thank you, Emma!
