Celebration Children

Congratulations to the following children who have made us proud this week!

Peridot - Lilly has been chosen for her fantastic attitude to learning this week, resulting in a lovely piece of writing. Well done!

Emerald - A child in Emerald Class has been chosen for showing wonderful manners to his teachers and friends. Well done!

Sapphire - Skye has been chosen for her fantastic information text on Blue Whales.Well done!

Amethyst - Quinn has been chosen for always giving great effort in homework and home reading. Well done!

Diamond - Nancy has been chosen for producing some great work in English! Well done!

Ruby - Jack has been chosen for his positive and responsible attitude to his learning; setting himself his own targets to improve on and help him progress. Well done! 


Headteacher Awards


The following children have received Headteacher Awards this week for their exceptional work and effort:

Marlie has received a Headteacher Award for his amazing effort in handwriting. Well done!


Conduct Awards

Every week, all members of staff are asked to nominate children who have been spotted being responsible, respectful and ready. The code of conduct certificates are always varied and demonstrate the range of places and ways that children demonstrate these values.

At Forest School this week we have been looking for signs of spring. Children noticed some daffodils popping through the ground and some buds appearing on the trees. Of course, it wouldn't be Forest School if they didn't play in the mud!

Fire Safety for Year 3
This week year 3 had a health and safety session with the fire department. They learnt what to do if there was a fire in the home and about how to keep themselves safe! We even got to see what it was like to work for the fire service!
