Celebration Children

Congratulations to the following children who have made us proud this week!

Perdiot - Alexander has been chosen for being very focussed on his learning this week. Well done!

Emerald - Jude has been chosen for concentrating really hard during his lessons this week. Well done!

Sapphire - Jenson has been chosen for his fantastic efforts in writing. Well done!

Amethyst - Teddy has been chosen for his much improved concentration and listening in English lessons. Well done!

Diamond - Isabelle has been chosen for always work hard and producing work to a high standard. Well done!

Ruby - Rowan has been chosen for really locking into his learning this week, and producing some amazing work. Well done!


Conduct Awards

Every week, all members of staff are asked to nominate children who have been spotted being responsible, respectful and ready. The code of conduct certificates are always varied and demonstrate the range of places and ways that children demonstrate these values.


 Be Responsible

Well done to the children who have been responsible this week.

Bobby (R) has been nominated for helping everyone do up their coat zips at playtime. Well done!

Milo (Y3) has been nominated for collecting equipment off the playground that had been left on the floor. Well done!

Poppy (Y6) has been nominated for being an amazing role model in class and around school; offering to help class mates when they are unsure on what to do and always helping grown ups. Well done!


Be Respectful 

Well done to the children who have been respectful this week.

Lorna (Y2) has been chosen for asking children to join in with her game. Well done!

Aiden (Y2) has been chosen for supporting an upset friend. Well done!

Alexander (R) has been nominated for helping a friend with their tray at lunchtime. Well done!


Be Ready

Headteacher Award

Children are awarded a Headteacher Award where they have gone above and beyond with their learning.

A child in Ruby Class has been nominated for their awesome effort in completing his SATs revision homework.

Albie has been nominated for his brilliant writing and perseverance to complete his work. 

Theo has been nominated for his beautiful poem write up. 

Abigail has been nominated for her wonderful story written at home. 

A group of children in Year 5 and Year 6 have been nominated for their wonderful efforts and positive behaviours, they are a group of amazing role models!  

Rowan has been nominated for his amazing effort to sequence the class story.

Isabelle has been nominated for her amazing effort in planning her independent write.

Jake has been nominated for his amazing effort in planning his independent write.

Erin has been nominated for her amazing effort in halving numbers.  

A child in Year 2 has been chosen for their amazing effort in halving numbers.

Beebots in Peridot Class
The Peridot Class enjoyed learning how to programme the Beebots. They made them move to different points on the Beebot mat. The Year One children then made their own Beebot mats.

Respect in Emerald Class
Emerald class were tasked with creating a poster about the school value ‘respect’ which will go onto our class display board in the hall. The children have shared their ideas on how we can be respectful to others and to the world. 🌎
