Celebration Children

Congratulations to the following children who have made us proud this week!

Reception - A child in Reception class has been chosen for trying so hard in guided reading.  They knew all of the phonemes in the book and could blend them to read simple words.  Well done!
Year 1 - Milo has been chosen for being ready for learning and for being so brave in the mornings.  Well done!
Year 2 - Joyce has been chosen for always sitting beautifully and being ready to learn. Well done!
Year 3 - Eileen has been chosen for contributing a fantastic scarecrow to our school display! Your Snow White looked brilliant alongside Shrek!
Year 4 - Elizabeth has been chosen for completing more work in lessons and working extra hard - all with a super smiley face!
Year 5 - Grace has been chosen for displaying fantastic cooperation and enthusiasm during our PE lessons on fitness.

Headteacher Awards

Every week, all members of staff are asked to nominate children who have been spotted being responsible, respectful and ready. The code of conduct certificates are always varied and demonstrate the range of places and ways that children demonstrate these values.

 Be Responsible

Well done to the children who have been responsible this week.

Charlie (Y6) has been chosen for being really kind to a child in Year 1 who was struggling, and he took time out of his lunchtime to help.

Maddison (Y2) has been chosen for helping other people with their work.

Be Respectful

Well done to the children who have been respectful this week.

Amelia (Y6) has been chosen for being respectful to all of the KS1 children at lunch and for giving them support to eat all of their food.

Be Ready

Well done to the children who have been ready this week.

A child in Year 4 has been chosen for being ready to read all week.  Keep it up, well done!
